Trevor Hughes's affinity for good dining began many years ago. He largely accredits his passion for good food to the fact that he does not drink alcohol - in fact, he never has! So, good food was always a must for him when dining out. 

As a young travel aficionado who loves trying new things, Trevor Hughes has visited many restaurants worldwide. From the Middle East to the Far East, from North America to South America, Trevor counts himself as one of the lucky ones who has genuinely tasted the flavours of the world. 

The idea behind Trev’s Table was rooted in humble beginnings. Trevor simply wanted to share his food and good finds with those around him. Very quickly, Trevor realized he not only had a talent for photography, but people were actually viewing and listening to his recommendations.

Having been born and raised in Montreal, Trevor has always felt that Montreal doesn't get enough attention when it comes to the culinary scene. Most blogs only talk about poutine or one of three Montreal staples, but as one of the most multicultural cities in the world, Trevor felt that his beloved city was not getting enough attention.  He was inspired to step up to the plate (literally) and give the Montreal culinary scene a voice.

Trev’s Table is a place where lovers of food, travel, lifestyle and events can come for worldwide recommendations on where to eat, where to stay, and what to do. 

Trevors goal? 
He wants people to walk into a restaurant he has recommended and ask for “Trev’s Table.”
